Returns & refunds
We do not accept returns of personalized or engraved products. If the quality of the service is not satisfactory please send us photos of the product you have received and we will check the order as soon as possible. If the complain is justifiable we will re-produce the order within 5 working days and send it to the address required with no further delivery costs on the customer's side.
For non-personalized products we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If you ordered your items with free delivery we count the shipping cost as 10 EUR.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email within 12 hours after the reception of the order at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
