Placing the order immediately creates an electronic proforma invoice by, market leading e-invoice service provider in Hungary. Based on proforma invoice customer can make a credit card or wire payment via OTP Simple Pay which is a widely accepted Hungarian payment platform.

Payment confirmation is sent out via email right after and order is going in production. Depending on delivery option selected the order is forwarded to GLS courier company or to one of our locations. Each time when the status of order is changed a corresponding notification email is sent out to the customer. Delivery information with tracking number is sent out by GLS.

If customer collects the order from our location payment must be done via credit card or in cash before we start to process the order. Scheduling of order production is a subject with which we ask our customers to call our customer service.

Payment after delivery option is also available for customers where the invoice is created after production. Payment can be made directly to the courier in cash or card or wire transfer in eight days after delivery.
